Michael is a senior real estate project manager with professional training and over 30 years experience in managing all aspects of major retail and office development projects. He brings his clients a unique blend of expertise in project planning, securing development approvals, design, construction management, and leasing. He is well versed in the legislative requirements for development in cities across Canada. His breadth of experience ensures he understands the development process at a comprehensive level, and the interrelationships between all its stages. He can take a project and manage its evolution from an initial concept to a finished product. In recent years, many of Michael’s projects have comprised revitalizing existing retail centres through significant architectural and construction changes. He accomplishes this work while maintaining the centre’s’ ongoing operations. Michael is results oriented, self-motivated, and has strong leadership, management and negotiating skills.

Mary Catherine has worked in municipal culture and recreation services planning for 20 years and, as a member of different consulting teams, has completed a wide range of municipal culture and recreation master plans, strategic plans and facility feasibility studies. Her experience encompasses both urban and rural municipalities. Mary Catherine has a solid portfolio in research and critical analysis, the design and administration of public engagement programs, facility and service needs assessments, policy evaluation and implementation plans. Her approach to service planning attaches equal importance to arts and culture, and sports and recreation, as significant contributors to individual and community well-being.
