City of Edmonton – Londonderry

This project, located in northwest Edmonton, is currently under construction – with a planned completion date in the fall of 2017. It is valued at 180 million dollars, and comprises a complete renovation that will include a new Simons Fashion department store and a new food court. This is a 20 Vic/Montez development project. MKA’s role includes development and project management services, and securing all City approvals.
