Southeast Grey Community Health Centre Healthy Kids Challenge Policy Project

MKA, in partnership with LSI Inc., worked with the Health Centre and its community partners to provide direction on municipal policy related to supporting children and youth health through recreation programming, self-directed physical activity, and healthier eating in the Township of Southgate, the Municipality of Grey Highlands, and the Township of Chatsworth.

A series of meetings and interviews with public, not-for-profit/volunteer service providers and key informants were held to identify needs to be addressed in potential policy responses by the County and municipalities, and the relative priority for implementing policy recommendations.
