City of Calgary – Chinook Centre

The renovation and expansion of Chinook Centre has spanned the last 15 years, beginning with a completion renovation, which was followed by two expansions. City approvals are currently underway for a third expansion. This was a 20 Vic Management project during the first phase, followed by Cadillac Fairview for the final two phases. MKA handled overall project management and City approvals for the initial renovation. In the later two expansions, MKA was primarily responsible for City approvals and development.
